But when they say my advice is outright wrong and I'm basing it off what I know to be true, I tend to want to defend myself a bit.But it definitely wasn't your post that tweaked me.......And I also think its good that people know that just because 8 out of 10 banks tell you the seasoning has to be 1 year, doesn't mean thats the guideline they are all following.

They lack credit, as opposed to having bad credit, because they don't use credit cards and don't have car loans.There are also a lot of people with bad credit from their BK or foreclosure in the past few years.

We Lease and Buy Houses xxx-xxxxThere are more marketing, like direct mail, flood an area w yellow letters and post cards, once every 2 weeks for 8 runs if you have the capital.I find walking through FSBOS, FRBOs, Expireds and Listeds are the fastest ways to get houses.
