Might be worth trying to fill with a traveling nurse or Med-term renter to carry you until your “season” starts.

I spent a lot of time spinning my wheels here because there are SO many avenues to travel down it is very easy to get off track and feel discouraged.

I'm out of my element and really need some advice from someone who has traveled this road. 

The devastation to the travel industry wrought by the Covid-19 pandemic continued to hold Los Angeles International Airport in its grip in May (June & July are not released yet).

I am open to all parts of Michigan, we go up there at least once a year to visit the in laws so it would be easy to check on the property and write off some travel. 

My wife and I are big into traveling and are looking to buy and hold properties for longterm. 

People on vacation or people traveling for work?

Also my intention is to connect and attract advice from others who have traveled the paths which I am hoping to bestow upon next. 

A friend of a friend owned 6 properties and needed to sell them all due to divorce and aging parents that wanted to travel.
