Hey BP family,ive been googling around and i cant find a good source on voucher rates.Im in Houston,tx - Harris county. there are plenty of resources to help renters sign up for a voucher but i cant find anything on resources that clearly show what a land lord would receive

Why pay out bonuses to execs when I can get those bonuses in the form of sweat equity and appreciation.

Please adviseIf you do not have long-term stock loss or other property sale loss to offset capital gain, what I did last year were: sold one property with capital gain, then bought another bigger one with cost segregation and bonus depreciation to offset the capital gain, and paid zero tax.

Carry a homeowner's/landlord policy on each and use the umbrella policy over all of them and your personal policies (little bonus there..). 

Having a license is a big bonus, just be careful to disclose that you have it.
