Only about 300 yellow letters into marketing for motivated sellers and just had a county sheriff stop by and talk to me about a concerned home owner who had reported me for trying to scam her.

Since my leads are all 55 years or better, I will stress to them that I am a licensed professional in the business and don't want to take advantage of anyone and am not running a scam.

I don't know what they are doing this for, except that a common inquiry is for photos of Rental, which is clearly what scam people are now involved in.

@David Medina FYI, the whoesalers that give those early access are scams.

I cannot say they are a scam but does any legitimate business ask for payment by Western Union?

He did his due diligence on the property; drafted loan docs (which were fully executed) and  he charged a fee for 3rd party reports.My client spent significant time and money working with this so-called private lender and then the week before closing (which is supposed to be tomorrow) his wires never came through to escrow and he disappeared.Anybody looking for a loan ought to avoid this scam artist.  

pretty much all turnkeys are scams to be blunt I am tired of listing the reasons why....it's a shame so many people are suckered into the illusion of making millions with turnkey... there is no profit potential.  

At first, my husband thought that they were victims of some sort of rental scams. 

There is a lot of scams for preconstruction.

For the borrowers that met someone that enlightened them of the scam, and tried to sell to another party faced a clouded title.
