Good Afternoon Investor/Wholeselers,Just had a few questions for your guys, I send anywhere between 5,000-8,000 postcards a month.I dont know exactly the response rate, but I do get tons of calls from my campaigns, but deals have drastically slowed down since a year ago.

I believe this empowers the GC and helps him to feel responsible and participatory in the whole process, which helps in cultivating a relationship that you can utilize down the road.

Sending a typed note will demonstrate your professionalism and should show a responsible tenant to sign a new lease.

We'll likely purchase our first house next year.We don't have any plans to buy real estate for investment purposes, other than what's described above, but I joined to try and get some ideas and information to see if it's possible for us.
