Take a good week to learn the basics, it is much quicker and you'll learn properly instead of trying to piece things together for yourself from forum comments, blogs or podcasts, even when they call such materials the "basics" it's not the basics of real estate and everything you need to know isn't going to be contained in those sources.......promise you!

Subject should read "New To BP"Hello I'm really glad to had found you folks at BP so many questions answered in so little time it really is a  "treasure trove" of information however I still have a lot of questions I'm new to real estate and more then midway through my course material and passed the first 2 courses if all go's well I'm excited to be licensed early - mid December.

BTW: There's not one professional kitchen using Electricity - - they are all gas.Here in Calif, there was a craz (promoted by SCE) for the 'all electric home' and these ALL bring lower prices - - electricity costs more than gas AND the conversion from electric to BTU is poor efficiency.

They are like pop-up dialog boxes but you can't click X in the corner to make them go away.Enjoy the seminar, learn what you can, go home and check eBay, Craigslist, etc for those deeply discounted materials mentioned.
