And Albert Einstein declares Compounded Interest as the 8th "wonder of the world" with the detail of those harnessing and reaping from such, and everyone else who is SUFFERING/paying such...... 

You’d hate to find out after you replace the AC system there’s a plant on the property who's spores/pollen are being spread through the ac unit. 

You'll make more than the idiots (myself included) that are "designing" the tools and if the company pisses you off, you grab the forklift, put your toolbox in the back of your truck and drive down the road to the next plant who will pay you more to do the same things.   

Never split the difference, only buy deals that make sense to your investment criteria or you will suffer in the long term. 

The more run of the mill homes with cheap renovations and furnishings are suffering more.

I think the economy worked better when the IRS was sending out stimulus check to people (refunding their taxes) who worked, like they handout to the vast plethora of people who do not work.Now it seems like they want to claw that money back, and are nose diving the economy in the process (which will probably cause a lot of suffering).Lets see if more huge layoffs happen before the holiday season, or (hopefully) maybe this will be it (???)
