I've found it super easy to use, and when I've had questions I can speak to a real person to get the answers. 

Set them up with a Wine bar and hors d' oeuvre's setup outside so they make more money. 

The way foreclosures are offered varies greatly around the country, and we don’t know where you are located… but where I am at they are all cash affairs, with the money due within 24 hours of winning the bid.  

In my experience going after someone in the courts who is already trying to not be forthcoming with information typically results in more wasted time/energy/money on your end.

Just as a heads up as not sure which timeframe of BP podcasts, but before covid you could do a BRRRR and get all your money back out of the deal, today that is typically not the case and you will still have money in the deal - so just wanted to mention that.Lastly, you are way ahead of me and many others already as I cannot swing a hammer :)
