Just say what possible reason in the world is there that would stop you from doing this, and I doubt they have any true objection to it but something is not being said and needs to be or forget it.

Bill Gulley, I really like the bank statement criteria but how do you reject the tenant if you don't like what you see in the bank statement but other objective criteria like rent/income ratio, credit score and references check out ?

Personally I come from a hard money, VC/PE background and am in the process of restructuring my organization to get involved in all aspects of real estate as I see tremendous opportunity for the future, anyhow with that said.
