Las Vegas, NV vs Greenville, SC - which is a better market?

My friends this is only my 2nd post so I really hope I put this topic in the right place. Even more I hope this is a legitimate question to ask.

I am trying to decide between 2 worlds: Las Vegas or Greenville?

I currently live in the Las Vegas area so it would be great to start in a place that I am somewhat familiar with. On the other hand, I have an opportunity to move to Greenville, SC and if the move were to take place other opportunities can open.

I'm intrigued by the move because geographically it is about equidistant to the Atlanta and Charlotte MSA's and I do not mind traveling. Well at least not at this time in my life.

I just don't want to miss out on any opportunities. So I come to you and ask where would you continue working your investments?

As I learn and grow and become more successful, I offer my time and efforts to all. Thank you for your responses and advice.
