We own in the heights which is near that area.

Some will hold eviction hearings in downtown, and others will hold eviction hearings at the local court.Property tax rates vary from a low of about 1.9% of valuation in Independence, to a high of almost 4% in Garfield Heights... of course services are far better in Independence.Let me know if you have specific questions.

Although I am in NC currently, I invest in Columbia Heights and Plymouth and plan to continue investing in MN.  

Does anyone have a recommendation for property management in the cities of Glen Heights  or  Desoto  Texas? 

Saw some online around arden area and towards citrus heights but we're flexible.  

In addition, in the past two years, I see few demolishes happening in cities along Highway 210,10 and 60, such as Acadia, Glendora, Covina, Wallnut, Rowland heights, Hacienda heights, Ontario, Chino, Chino hill, Corona.

The only thing I know is that I am not allowed to legally rent out my apartment because it doesn't meet the code for the city ceiling height.

I am in the process of building a garage apartment at my primary residence in the Houston Heights area.  

Looking for thoughts on a home that flooded during Hurricane Harvey with Cellulose Wall Insulation.The Facts:Townhome unit took on 4 feet of water and sat for 2 weeks (not sure of time line for water height over those 2 weeks, but think it sat for at least 1 week at 4 feet).
