[In my experience, a second appraisal is required about 90% of the time and an FHA field inspection is required about 10% of the time.]What this means in real life (based on my experience and the experience of many other rehabbers I know) is the following:- While FHA will allow quick resales (as soon as you want), not all banks that do FHA loans will do them in the first 90 days.
