TWO EXIT STRATEGIES… proven strategies… or you’re not a professional investor… you’re just gambling with your family’s money.Almost ALL of the “ deals” I have been pitched in my region of Florida are built to assure that the wholesale gets rich… period. 

Send the $3-$4/hr VA calling indiscriminately to thousands of people a week and when they find someone that says they are willing to talk about selling, then it gets passed up the food chain to someone that actually knows what they are doing. 

I go back through my old trading files of books and literature from other traders and found an E-Book of rich dad poor dad.

So, a year goes by and at that point i read rich dad poor dad and i read tax free wealth. i re-approached him and asked him if he had any books in mind for me to read about REI and he said "ill send you something" well he is busy i assume and i never got the recommendation.

I plan to make signs for the participants to hold with their stage name and role in the transaction to help keep things clear.I know we can't cover everything in this one meeting, but at least we will give our members some food for thought and make them dig a little deeper at their next  opportunity.

Also some personal financing books like Rich Dad Poor Dad as well as listening to podcasts and forums and youtube videos ext…  I’ve also started tracking my spending to see where every cent of my income is going to see where I can save and what funds need to be redirected and that’s seemed to help grow my savings even in the few short weeks i’ve been working at it.
