I live in the North side of town and everything from the West, up to the North central is warm to hot. 

Most has been answered here already, but if they provide you the warm leads, and you're job is to meet the seller, and eventually point them towards the contract to sign, this commission based rate is acceptable ONLY if the education you are looking for is of equal or greater value.In other words, do you want to become a wholesaler and you believe this company can train you and acclimate you to all the steps and services?

They have no respect for their neighbors (barking dogs at midnight for 2 hours, cars left running for 20-30 minutes even in warm weather so that our carport fills with gas fumes, 6 vehicles on property of which only one is owned by the lessee) and were recently evicted from another house a mere 2 blocks away.I contacted the landlord, who lives 100 miles away, sent him photos, and he responded, thankfully, and is ready to evict in the near future if the lease is not upheld.

We also use a light, warm toned wood color for flooring to add a warmth to the home.

Since they are a referral they tend to be a warm lead versus a cold lead you have to convince to work with you.I think getting the licensed makes sense and try it out a little to see if it is really what you like and thought it was.

It wasnt uber successful, spent $4k, have 1 strong lead ad 4 other warm leads.If i was to do it again i wouldn’t send letters i would set up a texting campaign.

If we franchise tagged it to give people more warm fuzzies about the opportunity like a lot of businesses do, then you could see a 100K plus upfront just to get in.

They have made a big equity jump and now want to outpace index funds and paltry returns in savings and CD's in the banks.Most of my clients tend  to want to invest in warm belt states in areas with good growth and higher median incomes.
