Has BP ever considered making a Wholesaler database similar to the Hard money database available here?

Is there a database where you can immediately search owners of corporations in Ontario? 

What database/CRM do you use to track both property and owner leads for real estate investment?

Only then, after 4- 6 weeks of the above administrative effort, do we prepare a new lease for the tenant and get it out for signature.

I am trying to research this bank and would like to get feedback if anyone has used them (or is using them currently)They have a ton of options, but I can't find them on the FDIC database, but they claim that they are FDIC insured!

They will still own the property until they pass (to avoid capital gains) but does anyone have any advice on how best should we best structure this situation legally and administratively?

(offers will mostly be made sight unseen) We can find the basic information found on tax records and public databases, but what else do we need to know specifically before making an offer?

Airdna is an algorithm so not really capable of being conservative.Isn't Airdna data based on the trailing year? 

Is there a database of all 506b companies or projects?  

I do suggest cold calling the neighboring owners and finding out how much they would sell for, start creating the database.
