Banking - Has anyone used this online bank - relayfi.com

I am trying to research this bank and would like to get feedback if anyone has used them (or is using them currently)

They have a ton of options, but I can't find them on the FDIC database, but they claim that they are FDIC insured!

Please provide any feedback or experience that you might have had with them.
