I am not sure we can ever agree on the importance of this bill because of that.While I do agree that people who set up a business operation that includes lending should be licensed and regulated, that is a far cry from believing the government should decide that businesses should fail that were previously following the rules and invested in those businesses in good faith that the government would not decide to destroy them.I have no real sympathy for someone who invests in a criminal enterprise who the government puts out of business because they started a business that should have never been started in the first place.

I LOVE poetic justice.....Internal Revenue Service employees in Tennessee were stealing unemployment and other benefits while fully employed.On Thursday, 13 of those employees were indicted on federal charges that they lied to get unemployment, food stamps, welfare and housing vouchers.
