HR 3849

As some of you know, the ability to finance manufactured homes by both outside lenders and through seller finance is seriously in question for homes where the loans are under $50,000.00 thanks to the Dodd-Frank Act. The relief we all need is contained in HR 3849, but it will take a grass roots letter writing campaign to insure its passage.

Please consider taking the time to write your congressperson asking them to sponsor or vote for this bill. Then consider taking the time to ask your residents and others involved in manufactured housing to do the same.

All of us need this bill to pass.
