Just went to court for an eviction for non payment I learned the paperwork process myself and am representing myself this time.

These people were okay with that, so we proceeded.

My first question is ... how do I proceed?

Obviously, any money used to fund the deal or for any of the services, materials etc I just mentioned, will be paid back from the proceeds.
