I have been finding it very difficult to locate a good insurance company.

@Devon Morrissey - I own a Property Management company in central CT and do about 100 move outs a year. 

Holt is a good company I have sold them projects. 

That does not make us a bad company or even "overbid" as you suggest. 

I have heard about a company whose website is www.sayrhino.com that offers an interesting  product. 

Having a broker underwite your loan to your borower will allow you to legally charge above the usury limit just as banks, credit card companies, etc. are allowed to do.Lastly, make damn sure the exit value is real and easily obtainable and that this "rehab estimate of $16k" is accurate.

As an H1B you can only work for the company that sponsored you.

Some clients of mine have used a local company called REZIO who will do the drawings and facilitate the permitting for you.

I have scanned through about 1/4 of the sales in our county for the last 3 years, arranged by seller name, looking for a person or company who has made multiple sales, but so far, the couple flippers I have found doing that haven't responded to me.

I'm a turnkey fan and heard of this company for the first time this week.
