Landlord Insurance for Rental Properties

Any advice on Landlord insurance for rental properties. I have been finding it very difficult to locate a good insurance company. I had an insurance company cancel one of my properties without a notice because they couldn't contact me but never tried. I have notice a few insurance companies now not covering sewage backup in Chicago. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
