Hello,I saw a house on REDFIN and the REDFIN Agent helped to tour the house.

People don't come here for vacation, they come for 3-5 year army tours or to work on/around the Arsnenal on a government contract.

The price is still by far far far too much for me to be able to afford it for myself but I think, there would be high profit to try to do some online marketing and cooperate as a middle man between seller and buyer, make my own marketing listing, put higher price on it and pray that seller is honest enough that he will really send me the difference in price for my profit to via bank wire transfer to my European bank account.However there is a problem: The original listing ( *** ) was on agency's website.

It is possible in most European countries the only problem is the RED tape here it is a killer and if anything happens were the renter is concerned it can take up to five years to get them out.

But, presumably, since they're an agent and tour, sell, and negotiate real estate for a living they know what their property is worth, know other investors, just to name a few things.

I toured the neighborhoods with the operator and independently, spoke to current and past clients, and did a lot of desk research using both free and paid data sources.
