Skip Tracing - Unable to get address
Hello, In Monaco (Europe), I found wonderful house, not far away from marina with luxury yachts, and the house is on market to be sold for relatively cheap price ( *** ) comparing to what potential buyer could get in return. The price is still by far far far too much for me to be able to afford it for myself but I think, there would be high profit to try to do some online marketing and cooperate as a middle man between seller and buyer, make my own marketing listing, put higher price on it and pray that seller is honest enough that he will really send me the difference in price for my profit to via bank wire transfer to my European bank account.
However there is a problem: The original listing ( *** ) was on agency's website. I contacted them but didn't ask for name of seller (current owner). Obviously agency would never tell me this otherwise they would risk their profit. But I asked them for exact full address and they didn't want to give me one. I don't know why. Is there any method how else could I get FULL address with each and every address element (definitely not just street name, building number, post code, city name)? What I tried so far is:
1. doing Google Images research where keyword is actually photo of the house and not text based keyword. Purpose of this was to make sure if same house is ''advertised'' anywhere else, hopefully with FULL address. No luck
2. tried to contact multiple real estate agencies in the same city. Since i knew in advance, noone is going to provide seller's name and contact id, i only asked for exact full address.Didn't get any reply at all.
What else could I do to get full address? Your reply would be highly appreciated.
