If I get I think its 15 sales in a quarter I get a BRand new 150k Tesla for free... or something like that but I know like 10 sales is a 5k power wall.. and other goodies.. at least as much as buying real estate and finding some strategic partners is in my mind.. winning that P100 with Ludacris speed is something I will try for as well.

Some areas that I feel weak on at the moment include: how to assemble a winning team, should I set up a business or do invest independently, how to find properties to review, and the best way to manage properties from a distance.

You can buy a wifi hub through August for around $75 but I went the Apple TV route so that my guests can also stream through the TV (also it is less expensive - win-win.)

Every stock picking genius in history has eventually gotten in wrong, or been found to be cheating, so I don't trust my own ability to find those deals.I would argue that in order to find the winning stocks you probably have to spend a lot more time researching than you do to find a decent buy and hold rental.

In closing, if someone tells you its easy, avoid them they are lying, it hard, real hard but its as exciting as it can get and it really works, no matter who you are, there is nothing more rewarding that winning a deal on a great property, then getting income every month.Hope this helps and I wish you well.
