In some of my recent observations of discount brokers and FSBO websites, the amount of web traffic and views they receive is 50% of what a real estate agent brings to the table.  

Traffic is a big issue and people like to live close to where they work or play - or preferably both. 

For as much traffic as BP surely gets, its website is pretty awful.

You can google average traffic counts for storage to se what the industry standards are and adjust for your market.

@Mark Altin you can certainly look up lots of macro data about crime, schools, income, etc. in different parts of Oakland pretty easily by doing some quick web searches. 

(You can still charge for damages later if the animal has destroyed things, just like if a human destroyed things.)However, verify it is a true service animal and not an emotional support animal certified by a $5 fee on a web site.

I work in the middle of the valley as a mailman and would prefer not to have to deal with LA traffic so I would love to stay in the valley but don't know if I can find a good deal here in the valley

You can find suitable exemplars on the web. 

Most web sites allow you to set up search parameters and then they email you anything that matches what you are looking for.
