Hey everyone I just wanted to start a conversation on what yall's forecast on the Austin market will be in the coming 2021. What specific areas of Austin and the surrounding markets are yall keeping yalls eyes on? We all know the Austin market is boiling and with all these big tech companies coming to town the heat will only turn up. Or will it? What do yall think will be happening in the area over the next year or two? Thanks in advance for all yalls comments.

Look at any other major metro that has a similar make up of industry/ culture/ legislation. A few major California cities come to mind. Prices may seem inflated in ATX now compared to where they were 5 years ago, but they are still deeply discounted when compared to other cities that offer similar amenities. Prices here are catching up to where they always should have been for the value this city adds to her residents. Can you tell I'm bullish on the market? lol
