Hey Y'all, i'm tapping into the new construction builds. i'm familiar with the process being an architect. but i'm not sure about the cost because i haven't done residential for years. so any advice on cost, contaractors recomms, anything wise words are appreciated. an example would be like 2 story mix of CMU and wood studs. 

How long does it take to process?

I would have more help next time or hire out completely and manage construction process.- Being a contractor is a blessing and a curse...

Saying “I’ll try to repeat the same process and flip another house is a risky proposition to a bank and having no fixed income stream doesn’t help.  

Generally speaking so this is not like wholesaling houses. which sellers will let wholesalers tie up a property with 50 bucks or 500 bucks.. the deals i buy I have to put up 100k in cash to start the process  How do students of Cody's provide proof of funds beforehand then?

Hello BP community, I'm currently in the process of searching for a full duplex within a 30-minute commute to Orlando Downtown, with a budget of $400K.

Seems like a good idea to have a resort/Hotel where LGBTQ people can feel safe and comfortable, without having to travel very far away, but finding funding today with rising rates and shrinking credit will be very challenging beyond any discrimination y'all may suffer in the process.

I think it's good advice to check for proper SEC registration. 

Drive Uber, walk dogs, wait tables, something to expedite this process.
