The brick work has cracks in several places and looking at the grading the home is much lower than the neighbors hence most likely why it's having issues.

Also has a big deep freezer and smaller freezer.There's some flooding issues to where the ground is a little higher and would need to be graded down and drainage pipes need to be unclogged/etc.

The 100 units alone is barely occupying one of the acres, leaving 2.5 acres of flat graded gravel still available for expansion or for RV/Boat storage.
