Depending on the scope of work to be done, I'm targeting projects between 30-90 days (SFH or multi) from purchase to listing, and need to put together a solid team on the ground that can get through multiple projects a year.I am hoping for some introductions to reliable and trustworthy contractors that have a great team of skilled labor partners to make everything run smoothly.

It's definitely more cost effective than paying someone, assuming you have the skills to do it yourself and you have the ability to store furniture between rehabs.At one point, we had about 11 sets of furniture, which was good when we had a lot of projects going on.

The more sensible path is to become a skilled salesperson, knock on doors of people who own property (or have a legal interest) and who have a problem they don't know how to solve and YOU DO!
