If you can show a track record of solid lot rental history and taking old beat up homes and improving them it won't take long before those park owners are feeding you deals on other problem homes in their parks. 

Can anyone give me some feed back on these?

I think where it can help is the views/clicks on your property as you pop up more on their feed and especially with the increased competition, I was told by the Airbnb rep that I met with, it helps during non peak season where rates are lower and property owners have to drastically lower rates just to get bookings.

Our tenants are responsible for mowing the lawn, but we have a weed & feed service come in several times over the season, which we pay for.
