Who is in charge of taking care of the lawn?

As I buy my first property, I wouldn't mind taking care of the single family lawn and property to make sure it is really well kept. I just don't know if renters typically want to do this themselves in a single family home? Can I trust them to do a good job? What do people do who manage many properties?

Thank you for your help!

One thing you will find if you mow the lawn yourself is that you will end up protecting your property more, you'll be on hand to make sure the property is nice and if the renters have any concerns they'll let you know sooner,, if you have concerns you'll let them know sooner.

If you have the time and can do it.. I'd do it myself.
