I started at 7 am with this blueprint and it's now 12:16 am and I'm finishing half of the 1 level building.I should have reached out to someone experienced in this area before showing my inexperience in front of important people so before it gets worst is there any advice or pointers someone can give?

It was built as a duplex in 1910 and the studio attached on the back was added sometime mid to late century.

.- Ripped up carpets and re-finished the hardwood- Fresh coat of paint- Laminate flooring in the bathroom- Stick on splash for the kitchen sink area- Few other minor repairs- Brand new stainless steel oven (all other appliances stayed the same)After all of this was finished up for about $5,000-$6,000 I was able to rent the unit out for just above market average in my area.

The upstairs unit will be finished in the next week or so, my plan is to continue to live and work on the downstairs unit.

Of course, my other income and credit does help.Where I am now: Right now, I just finished up a rehab on 1 house, half way through the rehab on another house, closing on a house today and under contract for another house that will close in about a month.
