How do you guys find your BRRRR and Flip deals?

Just need to see if I can't find any investor agents in Lexington, Ky.

Hi @John Paulus - Every situation will be different, but I recommend finding a GC that you can truly partner with for the long term. 

Alex, I could see lower end and rental properties stay flat or even go lower in the short term until rents find some balance.

These rules are not to be used in order to measure a successful deal, but rather finding a suitable deal in the first place.

I think the market has a lot of potential for growth overall though and the people are friendly and welcoming and I feel happy about doing business in OKC so I would say if you find a multi-family deal where the numbers work then go for it but just do your research.

I recommend finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation, tax planning and financial planning.

So finding out about little problem sooner and fixing them is key.
