How much should a General Contractor fee be?

I'm interested to know how much other house flippers are paying their GC and what type of structure plan they have in place.

As a licensed General Contractor in GA, I typically charge between 15 - 20% of the total project cost. The exact percentage can vary depending on the complexity of the project. I find that a clear contract outlining responsibilities and expectations upfront helps ensure a smooth collaboration.
