How much should a General Contractor fee be?
I'm interested to know how much other house flippers are paying their GC and what type of structure plan they have in place.

As a licensed General Contractor in GA, I typically charge between 15 - 20% of the total project cost. The exact percentage can vary depending on the complexity of the project. I find that a clear contract outlining responsibilities and expectations upfront helps ensure a smooth collaboration. I'd be happy to connect and discuss any further questions you have as you continue your research on GC.
