I really enjoyed my flips it’s hard just keep going, if it’s not for you don’t do more.

I do assist with filling up my vacancies, which I enjoy doing.

Separately, I would enjoy connecting as I am in the Austin area as well.  

If you look into the whole FIRE (financial independence, retire early) movement you'll see that a lot of those that do it end up starting some other business after they "retire" whether it's blogging, photography, or some other business that they enjoy but also provides additional income.

I truly enjoy helping out of state investors make strong investment decisions in the Kansas City metro market. 

I would like to get advice on ways build a network of companies and organizations that would be helpful in my endeavor.

I'm curious if someone else has had experience finding deals this way and if it's a worthwhile endeavor.

I have enough cash reserves to make it through with no job, so my goal is to learn as much as possible while I have no job to make the most of future endeavors when I have more capital on-hand.
