The stone wall inside will match the stone walls outside.The floor in the lower family room was uneven and cracked from previous shifting.

Again, this is Kentucky so I am not certain how close Indiana matches our laws and regs. 

Would you pay anyone a deposit to execute a search for you in advance of finding a property?  

I don't think he would be against selling to another investor if they match the price.

There would be existing foundation for the new construction to sit on, but otherwise it would need to be totally new, we'd either match the existing wood siding or go with shakes on the rebuild. 

Technically that is not correct, and could bite us in the butt, but I haven't had to fight it yet....After they vacate the property, within 45 days, you need to send them a final accounting of the damages, cleaning, etc and how their security deposit was applied..

You'll need to redo the counters if you choose not to get new cabinets or add cabinets in the gaps where you are removing appliances, but you'll have to make sure you can find matching cabinets for the new appliance location, otherwise require all new cabinets to be installed.

The reason is that the custodian holds the funds, signs every contract, writes all checks for expenses and receives all deposits for the benefit of your IRA.

If possible I can also do a payment plan of sort where i can put down a deposit depending on the amount.
