Hey it was suggested to me today at trying my luck at getting a owner's finance apartment. So here I go. I will share a some vital info about my self.

I am seeking a owner financed property( SFH or MFH). I have good credit(over 700), great salary and no major financial issues. I am a dependable, diligent, reliable, goal oriented person with a mind for success. If possible I can also do a payment plan of sort where i can put down a deposit depending on the amount. I am seeking areas in the NE area of Bmore but would consider parts of the East/West side of Bmore and DC.
