However, I don't buy a property without looking at the full picture (Collected Rents & actual Operating Expenses) and that's what the 2% rule-of-thumb fails to take into account.Happy investing!

Hey yall, I'm new here and beginning my venture into wholesaling and came across a great resource that made my 1st batch of custom 'yellow letters' look great.

We are currently working on a 20 lot deal in Hampton, VA to build SFR Detach custom homes/townhomes.

Wix.com is an easy to use interface and or workpress through godaddy etc are very affordable, but not as easily customized.

Could I see some pictures of completed work? 

My partner and I build custom homes as our primary business in addition to building new properties for our investment portfolio either to rent or sell.
