If you have 20 different LLCs that all do the same thing (own one property, same area, same management, etc) then there's a good line of logic that would lead an attorney to be able to point out that they are functionally the same, and the veil of separation between the LLCs is not valid.Run all of this by someone with more letters after their name, though.

@Chris Howell if you have the name of the lender, the phone number and address , you should be able to find something about it online .... maybe reviews, Former customers , court, complaints ... someone have to know about this lender.

Just remember, while the eviction moratorium will likely be extended again, it does not mean tenant's are not responsible for the rent and the courts will open again at some point.

After you evict them and they do not pay the judgement, go back to court and try to take their vehicles or whatever NJ will allow you to take.
