I know and am aware there's no guarantee, however since I'm pretty new in the real estate game, I'm not too familiar with syndications companies, and it's important for me to invest with a company that has been around AT-LEAST 5+ years, which seems to be not so common right now to what I'm finding. 

Currently I own a property in Sacramento with enough backyard lot that has Alley access and my current Mortgage is at a 2.5% rate and don't want to touch or affect it.I am in the process of considering a lot split with a plan to build a new doublex unit in the split lot with hard money or a construction loan.

He knew nothing about Florida's homestead laws either as many in New York back then retire to Florida.

I'm a new investor learning the process as I go.

I have had a number of questions (how to handle land contract payments, how to set up security deposit refunds, etc.) and between their online support and responses to my questions via email, I have yet to run into a situation I couldn't address.
