I have to obtain a "Lenders Letter" from the County on what the "Rebuild Rights" are for the individual owners and have been told it will mirror what's in the zoning code on rebuilding a damaged structure - the same 50% language.

In either case you can try contacting whoever you worked with to get the loan and see if they can help.I would also make sure that I had sent a certified letter to the attorney explaining the problem and demanding resolution by a date certain.
