PASS with capital letters!

I have to obtain a "Lenders Letter" from the County on what the "Rebuild Rights" are for the individual owners and have been told it will mirror what's in the zoning code on rebuilding a damaged structure - the same 50% language. 

I’m not opposed to writing a letter I was just wondering if anyone had any more information on finding her contact information other than just a simple Google search and asking local neighbors?

Meaning, that most likely an owner will not call you on your first, second, or even third letter. 

Be sure to send a letter as well explaining any deductions and/or just that 100% was refunded via Venmo. 

The photos look like the property has been updated and he says he has paper work showing upgraded electrical, hvac, roof, termite letter, etc. 

How many letters are you sending out a day to make this make sense and actually get calls from home owners?

The number def varies you can get 50 for the same amount depending on how you do the layout and the fonts of the lettering.

I just mail them to the bank with a letter asking them to deposit the check into my account.

In either case you can try contacting whoever you worked with to get the loan and see if they can help.I would also make sure that I had sent a certified letter to the attorney explaining the problem and demanding resolution by a date certain.
