I own 2 of the units for STR that I kept empty last service period just to get a gauge on things and the 4 other units still managed to use a combined 43,000 gallons which makes a $860 bill total that is split between Louisville Water@$321 and Sewer@$539.

Hey Victoria,So there wouldn't be any sort of income taxes related to this transfer of property as it is not considered a sale or exchange.

After all, if a fellow investor is willing to take unethical actions in a contract or against a buyer or seller, what makes anyone think this person won't also lack ethical principles when dealing with YOU directly?

@Kunal Lakhwani I have never heard of Twin Cities Leasing, the name makes me question there actual service focus and my gut says it's less about PM and more focused on listing biz, which is problematic, especially in Saint Paul, but again I don't know them off hand so do research and ask questions of them.
