Great thread.Here is what I have learned about cash rent payments / cash rent collections, and property management software that they integrate with. information only deemed accurate at the time of this writing.There are only 3 companies that offer cash rent payments / collections.Pay near me  or paynearme.com (I am currently a customer until Aug 10, and have been happy with their service).

I appreciate your analysis but I feel like the current rents are not an accurate barometer for cash flow.
