Hi All,

I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets while doing research to rent out my condo.  I used "How to Rent Your House" and it went pretty smoothly.  It's not the best investment per se, as the cash flow is negative, but we had to get a bigger place with a baby on the way, and it's underwater so we couldn't sell.  I plan to use it as a learning experience.  I've always been interested in real estate investing and hopefully plan to buy some more properties over the years.  I had trouble uploading my picture, but will take care of it soon.  Looking forward to participating!
