While they are clearly worth at least $100/month as storage units, there's not another MFU with this feature and tenants just love'm.  

We started with nothing 12 years ago, now have a storage unit full(15x50). left overs, left overs galore.I do carry 2 spare toilet tank flappers all the time in my truck.

I knew adding more properties and tenants would stretch me even thinner.Did someone say self-storage?  

I had a tenant bring boxes from a storage unit (HINT; the origin point) into my unit and I just happened to see them scampering in the garage from her newly placed boxes. 

I want to lease my basement to someone on a monthly (or weekly) basis for storage purposes only.  

Half of the house is on a very tall standup crawlspace/storage.

@David Hunter One of the more useful items I've seen before is a multi-device charger similar to this one:It has great shelf life with a branded logo, but I'd like to think of something as relevant to real estate as possible while still being useful.

For example my wife and I wouldn't get a place that wasn't 3/2 or better. we need a master, a guest room, and an "office space" or storage room for larger things we don't use that often.

Or maybe they can be somehow converted to "storage units"?
