Looking back on those moments I realize that the report card was a great way to report our progress toward the specific goal of gaining education.

The question now is can we control how fast will the air rush out of the bubble :-OThe issue is that if you look at the last 10 years in Canada the trend has been steady and almost predictable.

So I would say brainstorm to save money but not at a cost of an endless battle where it just makes sense to eat that cost to keep the project progressing as you can't find someone at the price you want.

If its an underwriting guideline- its the one that all major carriers I've quoted with seem to follow- Geico, State Farm, Brown & Brown, Progressive- those are all ones who wouldnt take me at all as a result. so its not just one particular company unfortunately.

In other words, did they start high and trend lower, or correlate with a specific geographic area, or maybe have something to do with experience level as you progressed?
