I was wondering anyone on here has done a Subject To deal in NC and if so how you structured the deal?

LLC's come with both benefits and responsibilities. 1031 exchanges must be handled "just so," or they are subject to being disallowed.

If you want to flip real estate using retirement funds consider using a ROBS 401k as it will not subject the retirement account to UBIT. 

I just reread one of the posts on management companies in the area and the info on here just seems pretty sparse for the subject.

But what is good enough is really subjective.

Also, I want to take title to the property by doing a subject to so that I can own it  and start a portfolio.

To me that seems frequent enough for them to take notice to your mailings but not too frequent to where it would start getting really expensive.

Will be doing 'subject to'.

Self study man google it, buy a book on amazon, I personally have heard of the strategies too but dive into some self knowledge about the subject hopefully some more experienced BP members can point you in that direction!
