So is it really possible to buy in todays market without money?  My wife and I have a decent credit score.  We keep hearing about using someone else's money.  Who wouldn't love that?  We have a target area in mind and have looked at some homes.  We just got pre-approval for a home loan but that would require tens of thousands of dollars down for a rental property.  Can someone help me get started without out so much, or no, money out of our pockets?
