@Demetrius Reynolds just empathize with them try to cater their needs as much as possible and remember to them that they are free to practice their beliefs as long as they don’t do anything ilegal or that is detrimental to the property or to other people

Yes, I understand the type of market you cater for, and it is a great platform for those customers.

The last few times the government has just found ways to make loans almost free and they have handed out trillions of dollars in cash, driving inflation up and making everyone suffer without even knowing it is happening (somehow the government says inflation is minimal, but they also count the price of things like flat screen TVs into the equation and not food that the government doesn't control the price of with the farm bills).

This can be a bit more subjective e.g. is there a Whole Foods nearby, is it in the path of progress?

Everything is in walking distance (grocery stores, coffee shops, fast food, 7-11, Blimpie, CVS, Walgreens, Tire shops, Car mechanics, gas stations, small restaurants). 

Besides food and my truck insurance none of my monthly expenses are critical.
