@Cole Oraham TAMU has announced a hybrid model but I worry about all the international students that will have travel restrictions, or parents that won't allow students to return, or even worse sick professors (generally older and at much higher risk).

A few options;- Take the leap and buy something you don't love, just to get into the market- Continue renting in current city, and purchase in cheaper community (would mean about 3-4 hours travel to get there)The biggest concern is maxxing out on the over-priced city, would then limit any future property purchases.Anywho, any advice or help for this newb would be great!
